Refund policy

If you would like to return any product(s), please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order, stating the original order number. Once we receive your product(s), we will issue a refund if the product is accepted. For your return to be ‘accepted’, the product(s) must reach us in their original state, unused, and in original packaging with the safety seal intact. We will not be able to accept any returns if the safety seal is either broken or has been tampered with. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.
