Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to make any changes to your order. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to make any amendments, but we will try our best to do so.
What if my order has arrived incomplete or incorrect?
We’re very sorry to hear that something is wrong with your order. Please get in contact with our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you with this.
What is your Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your ship date. We are only able to accept returns that were purchased on www.china-pharma.co.uk.
How long to process an order?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) are despatched the same working day. Any orders after this will be despatched the next day working day.
How long does delivery take and cost?
UK
Standard delivery 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £5.99
Europe
Standard delivery between 2-7 days
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £14.99
Rest of the world
Standard delivery between 3-11 days
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For International: £23.99
(The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable. VAT (value added tax) of 20% will not be charged for items delivered outside the European Community where applicable. The VAT will deduct automatically before purchase.)
Can I track my order?
All delivery is by Signed For so you can track the status of the delivery.
All orders are sent by tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been despatched. Please contact our Customer Services Team if you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time.

Are China Pharma products suitable for vegans?
Yes, all China Pharma products are manufactured with pure plants / botanicals only and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Are your products tested on animals?
We do not and have never conducted or commissioned animal testing on our finished products. Our products have been carefully developed through our clinical practice.
Are your products suitable for use during pregnancy/breast feeding?
Most herbal remedies are suitable for everyone, including babies and pregnant ladies. However, some internal remedies should not be taken by pregnant ladies and this is mentioned in the product descriptions.
